Returns & Cancellation Policy

Studio Milena is happy to offer a refund on all physical items purchased from this site. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

 

If you would like to return your item, please email Studio Milena within 14 days of receipt, to arrange a return.

Please ensure the item is packaged well and returned using a trackable return method.  The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Studio Milena will not refund the original postage costs.

Made-to-order and bespoke commission pieces cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy - Workshops

Cancellation over 4 weeks prior to workshop - full refund

​

Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to workshop - reschedule to another available workshop date.  If there is no availability, a full refund will be given

Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to workshop - no refund or reschedule

In the unlikely event that Studio Milena has to cancel the event you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a full refund.

UK DELIVERY​

  • All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.  Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery.  Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

  • Customers can collect their order from the Studio in Sinnington, North Yorkshire.  Please select this from the drop-down menu at check-out.  Helen will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

​FRAMED ART PANELS

​

  • Due to the delicate nature of these pieces, they are only available for collection from the Studio, or a free in-person delivery is also offered to customers within the YO62 postcode. Please select from the drop-down menu at check-out.  Helen will then contact you to arrange.
