Studio Milena is happy to offer a refund on all unused items purchased from this site.

 

If you would like to return your item, please email Studio Milena within 14 days of receipt, to arrange a return.

Please ensure the item is packaged well and returned using a trackable return method.  The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Studio Milena will not refund the original postage costs.

Made-to-order and bespoke commission pieces cannot be refunded.

UK DELIVERY​

​

• All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.  Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery.  Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

• Customers can also collect their order from the Studio in Sinnington, North Yorkshire.  Please select this from the drop-down menu at check-out.  Helen will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

​FRAMED ART PANELS

• Due to the delicate nature of these pieces, they are only available for collection from the Studio, or a free in-person delivery is offered to customers within the YO62 postcode. Please select from the drop-down menu at check-out.  Helen will then contact you to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
