TUESDAY 14TH JULY  10.30am - 1.30pm
A relaxed weaving workshop using a frame loom.  Perfect for beginners.
 
Under Helen's guidance you will learn how to set-up a frame loom and to create classic and decorative techniques.  Helen will guide you throughout with demonstrations as well as individual support. 
 
There will be a wide range of colourful and textured yarns for you to experiment weaving with.  You will leave with your own unique woven piece and, hopefully, a love for weaving!
 
WHATS INCLUDED:
  • Three hours of guided tuition with Helen, an experienced hand-weaver and artist

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 6 people to allow for plenty of one-to-one tuition
 
The workshop begins at 10.30am, please aim to arrive slightly beforehand.

    Cancellation over 4 weeks prior to workshop - full refund

    Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to workshop - reschedule to another available workshop date.  If there is no availability, a full refund will be given

    Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to workshop - no refund or reschedule

    In the unlikely event that Studio Milena has to cancel the event you will be given at least 24 hours notice and offered a full refund.

    WHY NOT MAKE A DAY OF IT: 

    Sinnington is a picturesque village situated on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park.  The village hall is located on the pretty village green, overlooking the River Seven.  Perfect for a stroll along the river and through the woods following your workshop.

    The Fox & Hounds village pub serves delicious meals, and has a lovely garden area.  A perfect place for lunch.

  • WHAT TO BRING

    • All materials are included, however, if you have yarns, ribbons, fabric cuttings you would like to weave with, please bring them along.
    • A pen & paper for note taking.  There will also be a handout to take home
